Dear Mr Mahmoud, To be clear about your comment - You have posted this comment upon your arrival at the hotel, not after your stay. You then proceeded to ask hotel staff to provide you with items not included in your package. Examples are, free coffee beverages at pay outlets. All Inclusive coffee beverages are provided at all outlets inside the hotel free of charge, the Lobby is not part of the package as it is a public domain area, which can be used by anyone from the hotel or not from the hotel. You requested a staff member to arrange a Sea Trip for you, which is against the policy of the hotel. Your trips must be arranged by accredited insured travel companies, which are available from your travel agent each day, not random employees. You then negotiated with employees for complimentary items with a promise to remove your comment if these items were provided throughout your stay. We do not wish travel review sites to be used as a tool for threats to provide services which are not in your package, as I am sure Holiday Check and other sites are not intended for this purpose. Reviews are meant to be carefully thoughtout and posted as assistance to future guests, once a proper review is added it should not be removed or threatened to be removed. We wish only to service you to the best of our ability and assist in anyway with requests during the stay. We will forward your comments and attach statements about your requests from staff to Holiday Check to decide if your comment is a worthy comment to be posted. Kind regards,
