Aus DeutschlandDie angeblich Deluxe-Zimmer sind eine absolute Frechheit: schmutzig, muffig und viel zu dunkel. Von “Deluxe” keine Spur. Der Service ist genauso schlecht wie die Zimmer – unmotivierte Mitarbeiter, die einem das Gefühl geben, dass man sie eher stört. Die gesamte Anlage ist alt, abgenutzt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Dazu kommt ein Zwei-Klassen-System: bessere Bereiche für bestimmte Gäste, während man selbst in den abgewohnten Teilen landet. Davon wurde natürlich vorher nirgends etwas erwähnt – pure Irreführung! Auch das Essen war eine herbe Enttäuschung: eintönig, lieblos und ohne Abwechslung. Fazit: Dieses Hotel ist sein Geld absolut nicht wert. Wer Urlaub machen möchte, sollte hier auf keinen Fall buchen!
