An der Rezeption spricht keiner deutsch. Wenn man eine Kleinigkeit reklamiert bekommt man zur Antwort morgen , vielleicht Außerdem ist die Rezeption sehr unfreundlich. Wir fahren seit 40 Jahren nach Spanien in den Urlaub, aber so etwas haben wir noch an keiner Rezeption erlebt.
