    Dear Dietmar, First of all, receive our apologies for not being able to answer to your review in German this time. Thank you very much for choosing Meliá White House and for taking the time to share your experience with other travellers. We are truly pleased to learn that your found our wonderful location and friendly staff to impress you the most. However, we regret to hear that the room you were assigned was not in line with your expectations. This is definitely not the service we like delivering nor the way we like to make our guests feel while with us. Our guests' complete satisfaction is one of our top priorities and we are saddened that we did not have the opportunity to assist you throughout your stay in order to provide prompt solutions to your discomfort and make your stay much more enjoyable. Rest assured, we have proceeded to share your comments with the Team in order to take the necessary action and improve our services. We would like to take this opportunity also to share with you that we are now immersed in a refurbishment project plan that started with our Level Lounge and will continue with the rest of the areas including the rooms. Our guests' comments are essential for our continuous improvement and certainly yours will be taken into consideration.
