We really are sorry to learn the disappointment you experienced over your time with us back in July as the facilities were not in line with your expectations on this occasion. We would have loved to have the opportunity to assist you with this discomfort, looking for a room that suits your needs better and making your stay much more enjoyable. We would like to share with you that our guests' complete satisfaction is our main priority and all around this year we have been undergoing an interior refurbishment of our facilities, working to improve our guests' experience. We have recently opened our new reception, bar and restaurant and the rooms renovation is among our plans for the future.
