Die Anlage ist super schön gelegen , man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick. Die Pools insbesondere der 170 m lange Infinitiv Pool ist beeindruckend. Das Personal ist bemüht doch auf Grund der Verständigungsprobleme ( es wird so gut wie gar kein Deutsch verstanden und englisch nur eingeschränkt ) , das Essen ist für ein 5 * Haus nicht würdig, die Auswahl ist an so gut wie 7 Tage das gleiche. Der Room Service kam erst nachmittags, auch wenn das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war. Das Bett wurde lustlos und zerknautscht gemacht. Es gab keinerlei Sport- oder ähnliche Animation obwohl es auf der Internetseite beschrieben stand. Was ich persönlich am schlimmsten fand , ist die Tatsache das man sein benutzest Toilettenpapier nicht hinunter spülen dürfte sondern in den Eimer werfen sollte , das ist für ein modernes 5 Sterne Hotel nicht wirklich appetitlich:-(
