We are glad that the beauty of the complex and especially the great food and the design of the Infinity Edge Pool were some of the elements that satisfied you. On the other hand, we were particularly disappointed to read your comments and impressions about the service delivered by our members towards the "All Inclusive" guests. At this point, it is of great significance to underline that we treat all of our guests in an equal and respectful manner, independently their state of booking.
