Das Zimmer war in Ordnung der Ausblick super. Doch sehr modern und hochwertig wirkte es nicht. Wir hatten ein PREMIUM ZIMMER gebucht - das war es nun wirklich nicht.

Das tägliche Buffet war fantasielos Themenabenden wurden zwar angekündigt- viel war davon nicht zu bemerken. Das ganze ähnelte eine 3 bis 4 Sterne Unterkunft meines achtens.
Das Personal war sehr Hilfsbereit und freundlich das einzige am Hotel das tatsächlich 5 Sterne verdient hat.

Ausblick traumhaft der infinity Pool schön aber SO KALT das Baden nicht möglich war. Das Meer Wasser war tatsächlich wärmer! Ich brauch keine warme Badewanne aber die Wasser Temperatur lag unter 17°! Das Hotel fährt bewusst ein Sparkurs auf Kosten der Gäste.

As far as your comments are concerned, we are delighted you fancied the Infinity pool and the amazing view to the Aegean Sea. On the other hand, we feel sorry for missing to impress you equally on other aspects such us the room, the food options and the temperaature of water pools. We read with great attention your points of concern and we assure you that corrective actions will be taken, in order to prevent similar incidents in future. At this point, we would like to mention that our guests receive the room type they have booked. If guests have booked a renovated room, they will accommodated in a renovated room. In some cases we provide a free of charge upgrade to another type of room but usually in low season and it is upon availability.
