Dear Gamze, we greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide us with such detailed feedback about your stay. I am very sorry to hear that several things throughout your stay did not meet your expectations. After careful check in our files, we saw you booked a Garden View Room and you were allocated accordingly. As you are aware, Alexander the Great had a four years' renovation. First the public spaces and then the rooms. In 2018 the non renovated rooms of the hotel, were only the Garden View rooms , this is why they have a significant price difference from the other room types. In Winter 2018-19 the garden view rooms will be completely renovated too, so in 2019 the whole hotel will have an upgraded look. We do hope you will give us the chance to welcome you to our completely renovated hotel next summer! I am personally looking forward to welcoming you back.
