Aus DeutschlandDie Unterkunft an sich war sehr schön und die Lage war sehr gut. Leider war unser Zimmer recht klein und wurde nicht vernünftig sauber gemacht. Erst nach einer Beschwerde, auf welche sofort reagiert wurde war unser Zimmer sauber. Anschließend wurde es aber wir der recht dreckig. Das Housekeeping hat die Terrasse nicht sauber gemacht und der Boden wurde nicht gewischt. Auch die Reinigung im Bad war eher halbherzig und sicher nicht 5 Sterne. Was mich noch gestört hat, war das es kleine normalen Gardinen gab. Es gah nur die Verdunklungsvorhänge. Daher konnten wir eigentlich kein Tageslicht reinlassen. Da wir meist nur zum Duschen und eincremen auf dem Zimmer waren, war das schon nervig. Das Servicepersonal war nicht sonderlich aufmerksam. Am Strand oder Abends neue Getränke zu bestellen wenn man bei den Shows war war recht anstrengend, erst ab den letzten Abenden wussten wir wo die beste Bedienung ist und da war die Bedienung super. Von alleine kam kein anderer Kellner auf die Idee zu fragen ob wir etwas trinken möchten. Wenn man dann etwas bekommen hat war dies aber sehr lecker! Beim Essen war es im Hauptrestaurant das Gleiche. Die Teller wurden unheimlich schnell abgeräumt, aber es wurde nicht gefragt ob die Getränke aufgefüllt werden sollen. Das Buffet ist recht lang und dadurch das es sehr eng ist, muss man immer in der Schlange bleiben und warten auch wenn man von den nächten 5 Stationen nichts möchte. Dadurch ist das Essen wenn man am Tisch ist kalt. Das liegt auch daran das das Essen grundsätzlich nicht sehr heiß ist. In den `a la carte Restaurants waren sowohl Service als auch Getränke wirklich gut. Das Hotel an sich war aber sauber und gepflegt und alles in allem zu empfehlen. Und bei den Anliegen hat die Rezeption auch immer weitergeholfen.

About the rooms let us mention that our hotel was renovated in 2011. Every year, repairing and constructions are done to keep the hotel in best condition and if something comes to our attention, we are here to assist our Guest anytime they wish. Regarding the service staff, it's unfortunate to hear that they were not particularly attentive, especially when it came to ordering drinks on the beach or during the evening shows. It's good to know that you eventually found a place with excellent service. On a more positive note, it's great to hear that the 'à la carte' restaurants provided good service and quality drinks. It's also commendable that the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and that the front desk was helpful in addressing your requests.
