Dear Sebastian, Thank you very much for choosing our hotel for your holidays this year and for spending time to share your experience. I am very sorry to read that in Contrsat with every other guest of our hotel this year you were not happy with our facilities and the offered services. There are issues you mention in your review that i would agree with but i am very sorry there are a lot that do not show the correct picture of us. I must apologize for the broken a/c unit which was replaced while you were still here so i was surprised to see the photo of it on here, the dirt in the pool was only the day with the big wind and the pool was cleaned 7 times during that day. All our pools are cleaned efficiently every single day fisrt thing in the morning. The curtains in all our rooms are of course getting washed and after your review we have washed them again but unfortunately that shown is a stain that won't come of. As far as it concerns the broken tiles as shown in your photo there is some filling missing and as far as it concerns the distance to the town, it is only 5 kilometers away, 10 mimutes on the bus and 5 in a Taxi which everybody finds very close. One could even walk it in 40-45 minutes. Anyway i want to thank you once again for your time, i wish you did not see things this way and really i wish you had come to see me as a lot of issues mentioned could be rectified easily and within minutes (Curtians, tiles, Food Etc). We would happily cook Greek dishes for you every day if that was what you were missing but as the majority of our guests praise us about the variety and the quality of our food we keep it as it is with Gyros only once per week but with a lot of Greek Dishes every day.
