Die komplette Anlage liegt zubetoniert auf einem Berg, ohne grün. Super steile Wege selbst auf dem Gelände. Für ältere oder kranke Menschen nicht machbar. Die Bimmelbahn zum Strand fährt zu selten.

Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Dusche kaputt) ansonsten sehr schönes Zimmer.

All inclusive bedeutet hier keine Snacks zwischendurch (gerade für Kinder, wenn sie viel baden schwierig), aber zu den 3 Hauptmahlzeiten war das Essen sehr gut. Getränke gibt es nur an der Bar (auch erst ab 10Uhr) mit langen Warteschlangen, sodass doch alle zum Shop sind, um selber etwas zu kaufen.

Service

Nach Ankunft war die Dusche kaputt. Es dauerte Stunden bis sich jemand kümmerte. Das Personal ist zum Teil sehr freundlich.

Strand

Den Poolbereich haben wir nicht genutzt, viel zu klein und somit zu voll. Der eigene Pool für mehrere Parteien war gut, aber eine 5m lange steile Treppe ging nach unten. Dort konnte unsere Tochter nicht runter!!

Dear Mama, Thank you very much for being our guest and for spending time to share your experience with the worl. I am sorry to see that you would not recomend our hotel and if i understand well this is because of it's location and the stairs included. It is nice to hear that allthought you thought of our bathrooms to be a bit old, the room was very nice. I do not understand your rating about our food as you do mention that during the main 3 meals this was very good and if i take it from the comments by the rest of the guests on here the snacks are also very nice. As for the Main swimming pool the commets are normally that this is big and it always has enough sunbeds so i am surprised to hear you describing it as small. Thank you for rating our hotel as excellent allthough you would not reccomend it??? and i hope we will have the honor of welcoming you back again sometime in the near future.
