Aus DeutschlandWir waren eine Woche mit Familie in diesem Hotel und können es durchaus weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer, das Essen, die Umgebung und die äusserst freundlichen Mitarbeiter (aus allen Bereichen) sind besonders hervorzuheben. Eine Einschränkung gibt es allerdings, die nicht so schön ist. Beim ersten Schluck aus dem, gerade von der Bar geholten, Colaglas, stellte ich fest, dass es total chlorig schmeckte, anders ging es auch nicht unseren Mitreisenden. Nach Reklamation an der Bar und der Rezeption wurde dann festgelegt, dass wir für die Zeit des Aufenthalts immer eine volle Kiste mit gemischten Getränken auf unser Zimmer bekamen, damit konnten wir leben. Mit dem Reiseleiter sprach ich telefonisch darüber, sein lapidarer Kommentar "Wir haben hier kein anderes Wasser !" Ich finde, dass man so etwas seinen Gästen nicht anbieten kann ! Wie ich eingangs schon schrieb, können wir das Hotel trotzdem weiterempfehlen, da alles Andere herum zum Verweilen einlud.

We are all very happy to hear that although you had some issues you still had a great holiday and you recomend us to the world. I must say that according to the law we must keep the amount of Chloride in the water up to a certain level and for health and safety reasons we do frequently according to scedule increase the amount of it but there is very rarely an issue with the taste or smell of it. You can be sure that when you reported the issue we did double check the amount of Chloride and as we assured you it was all absolutely safe to drink. I am glad to hear that the whole team in all the departments looked after you so well and that your issue with the drinks was somehow rectified.
