Dear Klaus, Thank you very much for spending your holidays with us and for spending time to write your not so good review about our hotel. I am very sorry to see that you did not enjoy your stay with us and i wish you had come to see me or inform our colleagues at reception and i am sure they would look after you in the best possible way. I apologioze if the condirion of the furniture in your room was not as you expected it to be and if this was such a big issue for you we could have changed it. As you can understand the rooms have been getting used since the end of April and due to the high quality reputation of our hotel they are full almost every day. Unfortunately not everybody respects the furniture and the facilities as you probably did but you can be sure that we will look into it with the closing of the season in around 2 weeks and we will prepare it to be all fresh for the beginning of next seasopn.
