Dear jacqueline, Thank you very much for your review although this is not very positive for us and our hotel. I am very sorry to hear you complaining about the stairs and the fact that our hotel is not on the beach and it is build on a hill. I am sure this is mentioned on the internet, in other guest's comments on here and in all holiday brochures so you should know what to expect. As you can see on here there are not many people mentioning it as a problem but as this was for you, you could have asked reception to drive you anywhere you wished in the complex and they would hapily do it. As you saw with the baby chair and the hot water boiler they were delivered to you imediately after you simply asked. I feel it is not fair to mark our food with 2 when you say that the food was ok and the problem you mentioned is that the resaurant was very full. You also mentioned as a problem that the terrace was very full but you are travelling to an all inclusive hotel in Greece during July which is high season and you should expect something like this. As you noticed we have a separated area for the animation and the reason is to have our bar terrace quite for our guests to enjoy their drinks in peace and for the restaurant you could have easily chosen to eat on a different time when it is more quite. I am glad you at least enjoyed your room with it's cleanliness and the view and that our service staff looked after you so well. I am sure we could have solved your issues and you simply needed to ask. Experience shows that who ever asks he gets and he makes his holidays better.
