Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt vor dem Hoteleingang. Buse, die Bahn zur Abholung und sämtliche Gäste also der Treffpunkt für alle direkt vor unserem Balkon. Die Klimaanlage auf dem Balkon war sehr laut und diese war rostig. Im Zimmer war die Klimaanlage nicht weniger laut, wir mussten sie ausschalten da unsere Enkeltochter 4 Jahre nicht einschlafen konnte. Nach zwei Tagen wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen, leider mussten wir aber alles wieder einpacken. Der Direktor war dann sehr bemüht und wir wurden mit Käse, Obst und Sekt Entschädigt. Doch auch im zweiten Zimmer lief aus der Klimaanlage über Nacht Wasser aus.

Dear Lisa, Thank you very much for spending your holidays with us and for writing this review. I wish i could have done more about you and offer you the best holidays you could ever get. I think you have felt all the efforts me and the whole team made in order to have you happy and satisfied. I personally showed you the available rooms we had and asked you to choose as the noise in the first room was your issue. As far as it concerns the Air conditioning units now i am affraid we cannot do much more than maintaining them in the best possible way which we do anyway and repairing any problems that come out withing minutes. I am delighted to inform you that in the last 2 years we have changed over 140 units in our hotel and the majority of them in our hotel are now new. I apologize if you have misstaken my reactions but i was never hard with you but felt rather responsible in making your holidays with us unforgettable. I bet you remeber me sending my staff in your room a few times per day and me personally asking in every chance i had weather you were ok and if there was anything else that you needed. Unfortunately it seems that it was not recognized by you and i wish i could have done better. We have great respect to all our guests and this includes you in it.
