Dear Jennifer, Thank you very much for being our guest and for spending time to write your review. I am very sorry to hear that we were not able to satisfy you as much as you expected. I am not in position to know exactly what you mean by saying that there is nothing for kids in our hotel as we are talking about a child almost 2 yearls old. As you have probably spoted there is a Mini Club and we have trained pedagogoes there looking after children but from 4 years old and older. If you wished you could have joined the Mini Club that is open every day between 10:0-17:00 but you would have to be there looking after the kid or you could ask us to get you a Baby sitter to be looking after it. As far as it concerns the baby buffet, there is so much food available but parents should choose for their children. We are also available to cook to order for you and if you asked any of the very friendly as you descibe it staff they would assist you with this no problem. Finaly about the location, as it is already said we might be high which is mentioned in all brochures and descriptions about our hotel but we do have amazing views. I hope this explains a little bit the situation in order to avvoid causing missunderstandings to futrure travelers.
