Angebote wie Fitness Aerobic, Animation, Friseur, Juwelier nicht im Hotel. Nur auf Nachfrage wird einem gesagt, in welchem Hotel man was nutzen darf. Amphitheater geschlossen, Themenbar, Poolbar, Spezialitätenrestaurant, 3 Restaurants, 4 Bars nicht vorhanden. Animation lief in der Anlage rum und wartete darauf, dass sie von Gästen angesprochen wurden. Ansonsten saßen sie ihre Zeit ab.

Zu den Mahlzeiten kann man nur ein Getränk bestellen, damit man schnellstmöglich das Restaurant wieder verlässt, weil andere Gäste schon wieder auf einen Tisch warten. Frühstück gibt es ab 6.30 Uhr, jedoch ohne Brötchen, Kaffee oder Säfte, weil die Kellner erst um 7 Uhr anfangen.

Service

Kein deutschsprechendes Personal. Nur eine Bar in der Lobby, dadurch gab es am Abend sehr lange Wartezeiten um ein Getränk zu bekommen, oder man gab dem Kellner Trinkgeld und er bemühte sich, dass man schneller sein Getränk bekam.

Aufgrund der Fliesen am Pool sehr hohe Rutschgefahr trotz Badelatschen. Toiletten am Pool sehr dreckig, wird nur am Abend gereinigt. Liegen und Sonnenschirme den ganzen Tag über ausreichend vorhanden.

Dear Guest, Thank you very mch for your review and your feed back and i am very sorry to see that you were not happy with our facilities and services. I am affraid you have missunderstood a few things and this is also the reason why you did not rate us higher. The animnation, fitness programme is displayed at the reception area and the fitness instructors are always there 5 minutes before the begining of each activity expecting the guests to join them. It is our policy not to be going around pestering guests to join the activities and we let them choose to act as they wish. The Hair dresser and the Gym are availble in other hotels but withing the complex, our reception helps our guests to cpomplete a reservation and transfers to there and back are offered. Excuse me but i don't see this as a problem as the facilities could be run by us and be in a different building down the road as they are. As for the 3 restaurants and the 4 bars, they are all available and i will name them here following: RESTAURANTS: 1. Main Restaurant, 2. Zia on the Beach (Take away), 3. Pizza On the Beach (Take away) Bars: 1. Main Bar, 2.Beach Bar of Norida, 3.Beach Bar of Summer Palace, 4. Nautilus pool bar on the waterslides which are all operative since the day we opened. As far as it concerns the Breakfast, please note that before 7:00 and in order to serve our early raiser guests we offer early breakfast which is an enriched continental Breakfast. The fact that there are only 2 waiters in the restaurant before 7:00 is because those hours and normally untill 08:30 there are not many guests joining. Finaly as far as it concerns drinks in the restaurant, there is no restriction in ordering only 1 drink, you are welcome to order as many as you wish and you only need to ask our always happy to help waiters who are there for your service. I realy wish we had met and i could have explained all the above in person. I am sorry you did not enjoy your holidays as much as you expected and you would not recomend us as this is an issue for us but i hope you will give us a second chance.
