Dear Stefan, Thank you very much for choosing our hotel for your holidays this year and for your feed back on Holiday Check. I am sorry to hear that your allocation was not in an appropriate room but you see we allocate guests according to the reservation we receive. If only you had sent us an e-mail before your arrival asking us for any special arrangements or requests you had, we would be delighted to fulfill them and make sure you get an excellent holiday. As you can see the great majority of the guests commenting our hotel on here are satisfied with our hotel and services. You could have even asked to see me while you were here and i am sure we would arrange everything the way it suited you best and make you happy. We do respect our guests and their expediture very much and we do everything we can to make sure they get value for their money.
