Das Hotel ist gut, hat kedoch einige Mängel, Ameisen im Zimmer auf dem Bett im Gitterbett einfach überall, nachdem es an der Rezeption gesagt wurde, wurde was im Zimmer geschmiert jedoch am nächsten Tag weiterhin das selbe Problem. Der Schrank stank der Maßen, dass man keine Sachen hinein legen konnte, auch hier wurde nur ein Spray verwendet welches nicht geholfen hat und das wars auch. Im Gegensatz zum Zimmer war das Essen und Personal toll.

For your information as we are close to the nature we follow strict pest control procedures and spray was used only when it happened and you were there to see it. I wish we had changed your room while you were still here in order to offer you a very relaxed holiday just like you had imagined it. I am not in position to know if this was offered to you or if you asked for it but if your issue was only mentioned once our great staff as you describe it would have thought that your issue was solved.
