Das Hotel bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer und die Berge. Die Servicekräfte im Restaurant sind sehr freundlich. Leider gab es einige Dinge die uns nicht gefallen haben und weshalb wir das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen würden: - Die in Griechenland verpflichtende Tourismuspauschale wurde für ein 5 Sterne Hotel (anstatt für 4 Sterne) erhoben. - Viele Ameisen im Zimmer und leider auch im Bett - Die Getränke wurden ausschließlich mit Leitungswasser gemischt und waren daher durch den starken Chlorgeschmack ungenießbar.

Dear Aimee, Thank you very much for spending time to write this review about our hotel after your recent visit. I can understand this is your opinion and thank you very much for expressing it but i feel that you have been a little hard to us as it seems you did not experience anything nice in our hotel the same time the majority of our guests on here say the best. When i personally go around the hotel every day i keep asking our guests about their experience and the answer i normally get is "Excellent". I am sure and you know it that i have asked you in the restaurant a few times not only once and you always said it was all good. The same happened with the child that was with you when i saw him around the reception area where he normally was. It makes us feel a little dissapointed as we have tried in several ocasions to look after you and resolve your issues. Sure it is not nice to have ants in your room but as we are close to nature it would help to keep doors of the room closed, avvoid eating anything in the room and keep creams and make up in the fridge. As you can probably understand this is not a common issue in our hotel as if it was it would have been mentioned a few times on here but as far as i remember this is the first time it is. The fact that it happened only in your room could mean something. As far as it concerns the Overnight tax now, as our reserption staff explained to you our official rating is for 5 Stars, we try to offer facilities such as service, food, shows etc as 5 stars but we are sold as 4 stars and we charge as 4 stars. It is just the overnight tax we have to pay to the Government which is such and it cannot be changed. Still after your complaint our reception supervisor made you an offer to cover the difference of 7,00 Euro in total which you never accepted. Finally as far as it concerns our drinks i would like to inform you that the water we use is product of reverse osmosis, it is measured 3 times every day and sampled once every month with it's result almost hitting 100% quality and i cannot understand exactly what you mean by saying that it was inedible by the taste of chloride which only once in a month is stronger due to the overdose we have to perform according to our procedures in order to have safe water. Finally i would like to thank you once again for your feedback which although tough it teaches us things that we have to keep in mind and improve our selves and services. I wish you had given us the chance to explain exactly the case and i am sure you would also release a nice or a few nice pictures for us and our hotel too.
