Dear Stefanie, Thank you very much for staying with us and for spending time to review us. We are all very sorry this didn't go well for you and that the waiting time for your service was such a big issue that did not allow you enjoy your holidays as you expected. I can assure you that the ques have now been reduced to a big level. We admit that there is no staff around to hire allthough we want to and the staff that is here is trying their best to keep our guests happy. Due to the above mentioned issue we have changed our procedures and managed to cut down the ques in the restaurant and are now working on the bar. I am sure this will soon be resolved too. For your information though and for the rest of the guests who can read us on here the ques have been monitored and they were never found to be more than 11.5 minutes.
