An alle die hier urlaub machen möchten erstmal für meine Familie und mich ist es kein 4 Sterne Hotel sondern höchstens 3 ,wer nicht so gut zu fuss ist kann das Hotel nicht wirklich zu fuss verlassen weil es am häng liegt ,wer in den Bereich mit den sharing Pools gebucht hat wird das all inc nicht wirklich nutzen können es seih den man holt sich seine Getränke von der in 300 meter enfernten bar ,oder macht es so wie wir, kauft es für teures Geld im Supermarkt weil es ein Unding ist jedesmal die Entfernung zur Bar zu laufen ,Essen naja geht so ,die Klimaanlagen im Speisesaal ist auch der Hammer ,die ballert einen so in Gesicht das die Erkältung schon vorprogrammiert ist ,Zimmer bei der 2 Beschwerde enigermassen sauber, Fernsehen 1 ganzes Programm zdf toll, Kellner geben sich Mühe kann man nicht anders sagen ,Deutsch wird nur sehr wenig verstanden und gesprochen aber ist ja nicht so tragisch ,wir waren mit 2 Kindern da Animation lächerlich wirklich lächerlich ,viele Engländer Russen und Polen Deutsche sind in der Minderheit auch das ist nicht so tragisch ,minibar wird alle 2 tage kostenlos gefüllt mit einer 1 Liter stillen Wasserflasche eine 0,2 l Fanta 2- 0,2 l Cola und 1mal Soda Wasser in 0,2 l das für 4 Leute für 2 tage bei 40 grad lächerlich .Für uns kommt dieses Hotel nie wieder in frage schlechteste urlaub den wir bis jetzt gemacht haben weiss nicht wo die ganzen positiven Bewertung her kommen ach hab auch noch Vergessen das es sehr oft vorgekommen ist das man vor dem Restaurant stand und wir mussten warten das ein Tisch frei wird es ist platzmässig viel zu klein auch am Hauptpool bekommt ihr Abend kein platz zum sitzen es seih den ihr habt richtig viel glück ,so und nun macht euch ein eigenes Bild vom Hotel wir nicht mehr .

Dear Jens, Thank you very much for spending time to write your review and i am very sorry you did not enjoy your holidays with us. I am actualy very surprised as the majority of our guests also on here as you said your self are very happy with our hotel and their holidays with us. I cannot understand all this negativity and the fact that you trying to put off our future travellers. We are all here to serve our guests with only taget to make them all happy. I was actualy talking to a German guest in the restaurant tonight and he actualy asked me about how is it possible for you to write such a negative coment about our hotel. He actualy told me the following and believe me theese are only his words - not mine: You cannot complain about the hotel having stairs as this is mentioned on the internet, in other guest comments on here and in all holiday brochures so you should know what to expect. You cannot complain about not having drinks served to you while you are in the sharing pool outside your room as this is nowhere mentioned and if you had asked we could easily provide you a personal waiter with all the drinks and the apropriate charge that come with it. As for the hotel being full....well you are traveling in a Hotel during July which is High season so you should know what to expect. If this is such a problem for you then you should choose a different way to holiday. Maybe a different time in the year or a quite apartment block. Finally about the Tv Channels that guest said that you cannot complain as you are on holidays and you should enjoy your self rather than watching Tv but I am telling you that if you had mentioned this as a problem we could have easily provided you with many more German channels simply by reprogramming the TV in your room. I am very sorry once again and please accept my apologies for all the above but as i said theese are not my words! They belong to one more guest who is here at the moment and he is having a Fantastic Holiday with his family as the majority of our guests do and they have already witten on here.
