Aus DeutschlandHotel war sehr sauber! Der Service war super freundlich in jedem Bereich! Das Essen war auch ausgezeichnet!! Was wir bemängeln ist: Unser Kind ist 1, 5 Jahre alt und ist es durch die kita gewohnt zeitig zu essen. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn es Mittags ab 11:30 Uhr und abends ab 18:00 Uhr Essen gäbe. Außerdem war es sehr schwer Mittagschlaf zu halten, da die Putzfrauen sehr laut sind (Betten schieben und über den Flur rufen)

We are very pleased to read that you have overall enjoyed your stay at our resort and mostly the friendliness of our team of professionals and the variety and quality of food. Having said that, we are very sad to read that you felt disturbed during your midday nap and we would like to apologize for the inconvenience, regarding the opening hours of the Main Restaurant, though we have snacks in the Villagio Bar in between breakfast, lunch and dinner, we always try to provide the best service possible, therefore our guests have the possibility to order meal for their children.
