Dear Klaus, We would like to apologise for not meeting your personal standards in certain aspects os your stay. We are very disappointed for having such a harsh feedback. Although we read that you did not face any problems with the operation of the hotel, its staff or its culinary offer you dealed some issues with our animation team. It strikes us strange as you belong to the tiny minority who do not appreciate their programme. Every guest sais that they are amazing and our opinion goes along with them. We are very sorry that you did not like them, there where always ways to avoid them as they kept in purpose public areas of the hotel for total relaxation.
