We although wouldlike to comment upon certain matters you mention. We would like to remind you that the hotel you booked and the hotel that welcomed you are completely different in fashion and design. We according to our will of satisgying our guests always add a few things more to the ones we advertise. A 2018 addition is the fresh orange juice machine by the breakfast area. We understand your frustration but you must never forget the good you received. A fresh orange juice machine operated by guests does not always mean that is broken. You might use it wrong. The actual fact is that we offered you much more to be expected and the value for money equasion for season 2018 finds the guests winners at all areas.
