Wir hatten einen Bungalow gebucht und waren wirklich die ersten Gäste in dem neu renovierten Gebäude. Enttäuscht hat mich ein bisschen das an der Rezeption kaum Deutsch gesprochen worden ist, aber mit Englisch kam man gut weiter. Das ärgerliche war eigentlich nur wir wurden um 4 Uhr 30 abgeholt und haben leider noch nicht mal einen Kaffee angeboten bekommen

Dear Andreas, Thank you for voting for Mitsis Rhodos Village Hotel on line. We are gratefull that you enjoyed our new bungalows and that you liked every aspect of your stay. We are a bit dissapointed because of your remarks on german speaking staff in our reception. We have in each shift a German speaking receptionist. Regarding your early check out if you had informed reception a cup of coffe and slices of cake would be the least we could do. We do serve early breakfast from 05:00 for our guests but in cases of so early check outs we can provide the basics.
