Das Hotel machte einen edlen Eindruck. Die Lage im Hang bietet einen wundervollen Ausblick. Man sollte gut zu Fuss sein, da man schon sehr viel laufen muss um von a nach b zu kommen. Es störte uns nicht, so bleibt man wenigstens in Bewegung. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind nett und freundlich, versuchen jeden zufrieden zustellen. Es gibt tatsächlich ein paar Mitarbeiter, die trotz freundlicher Begrüssung etwas mürrisch sind, da kann man aber drüber hinweg sehen ;-) Es war unser erster Urlaub in einem Mitsis Hotel. Nächstes Jahr wollen wir nach Kreta. Es wird definitiv ebenfalls ein Mitsis Hotel. Wir sind gespannt und geniessen noch die letzten Tage hier.
Wir hatten „Bungalow superior sea view“ gebucht. Unter dem Meerblick hatte ich mir etwas mehr erhofft. Wir konnten das Meer zwar sehen, allerdings sehr verbaut. Wir empfanden die Grösse des Zimmer für zwei erwachsene und zwei Kinder als viel zu klein. Keine Möglichkeit die Klamotten auszupacken und zu verstauen, die Koffer standen immer irgendwie im Weg. Das war ein sehr negativer Punkt für uns. Auch im Bad gab es nicht genug Platz um die Handtücher aufzuhängen.Platz für Kosmetikartikel war auch nicht genug da. Sauberkeit war topp Service ebenfalls, uns ist eine Flasche aus der Hand gefallen, nach einem kurzen Anruf kam direkt einen nette Dame von Housekeeping und beseitige das maleur
Für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Man muss mittags nicht zwingend zum Buffet da man genug Auswahl an anderen Speisen hat Das einzige was uns etwas stört ist die Sache mit den Cocktails, irgendwie schmecken diese an jeder Bar anders. Meiner Meinung nach sollte es doch für jede Bar gleiche Rezepte geben, egal ob unten am Strand oder oben an der pool oder daybar. Das würde ich als Verbesserung sehen, wenn alle Mitarbeiter alles gleich machen.
