Dear Patrick, Thank you very much for your feedback on Mitsis Rodos Village Hotel& Spa, Rhodes. We are very glad that you liked our hotel in general and that you found our food delicious and the hotel clean .Our Gastronomy and our housekeeping department are so much complimented and i am glad you appreciated the vast variety we offer to our guests and the hotel cleanliness. In regards to your comments about our rooms we would like you to understand that our property has both renovated and non renovated rooms. You have made a booking for a non renovated room type. The fact you booked a non renovated hotel does not allow you to judge us negatively for not providing you a renovated.We advertise both type of room renovated and non renovated so i believe nobody should be careful about what to choose but only which room want to book. We would pleasantly like to welcome you back and accommodate you in one of our newly renovated rooms as the room type you booked is about to start renovation just after the end of this summer season.
