Dear Anna, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience in the hotel and that you enjoyed your holiday. I am very surprised to hear this as you did not mention anything to us during your stay. We have very strict procedures in case the safe is found open when the houseman enters the room and he will not clean the room unless he finds the guest inhouse and the guest comes to the room to close it. When the safe is closed, there is no way we can open the safe with the master key and close it again for you to re-open with your code, so i really do not understand how this could happen.
