Diebe in der Hotelanlage. Wir 63 und 60 Jahre fahren seit mehr als 40 in den Urlaub.So etwas wie hier haben wir noch nicht erlebt,Meiner Frau wurden Schmuck im Wert von ca.2000 Euro gestohlen.Wir sind am 15.4.19 angereist.Am 17.4 hat meine Frau festgestellt das ein Ring für 1000 Euro und eine Kette für 300 Euro fehlen.Auch wurden anderen Reisenden aus dem Tresor Geld gestohlen.Nach Rücksprache mit dem Hotelmanager wurde uns gesagt das ist noch nie was gerstohlen wurde.Das stimmt aber nicht.2018 ist das gleiche anderen Gästen das gleiche passiert.Am 29.4 hat meine Frau festgestellt das eine neue Uhr und alle Ohrringe fehlen,Wert gesamt ca 2000 Euro.Wie kann das sein.Wer kommt in das Zimmer??.Den Schlüssel für den Safe hat nur der Hotel Manager.Die Uhr bzw.die Ohrringe wurden abends vor der Abreise gesohlen.Was macht das Hotel dagegen??.Kann man das Hotel empfehlen??.Denke nein!!.Eine Entschuldigung bzw.Wiedergutmachung gibt es nicht.Der Hotel Manager sagte nur wir machen alle lucki lucki.Reicht das aus??

It looks like you continue to post feedbacks on social media. Please inform first of all your public that you did not use your free minisafe. The rest of you feedback is not a fair comment as you stayed your full holidays happily in the resorts enjoying your stay. Claiming that there are many thieves in the resort is totally falze and the police confirmed this with a clear report. Saying you are experienced holiday makers, you would always put your so called expensive jewelery in the safe. Or even better, you would not bring this on your holidays.
