Aus DeutschlandAls solches ein durchaus schönes Hotel. Leider war unser Zimmer von Bettwanzen befallen, so dass wir tagelang damit zu tun hatten uns von den Bissen zu erholen. Leider hat man unser Anliegen vom Hotel keineswegs Ernst genommen, nach langem Bitten wurde uns ein neues Zimmer angeboten. Danach aber jegliche ärztliche Behandlung untersagt, um gar keine Bescheinigung dafür zu erlangen, dass Bettwanzen uns gebissen haben. Keinerlei Entschuldigung oder ähnliches...absoluter Wahnsinn und Unprofessionalität pur. Nie wieder dieses Hotel, nie wieder diese Kette. Das geht absolut gar nicht.

You were talking very agressive to our team and after you requested a doctor to check the insect bites, the doctor confirmed it was not at all from bed wants like you state but caused by a skin allergy. It is always easy to blaim a hotel while we have nothing to do with what you described very wrongly and fault.
