I’m happy to know that you found our hotel to be nice with a great swimming pool overlooking the beautiful Fujairah city. However, I regret to learn that we were not able to meet with your expectations, as you have experienced a delay to receive the room upon your check-in. Therefore, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, as this is certainly not indicative of the high standards we are proud of at Rotana.
