It's wonderful to know you enjoyed the nearby shisha bar and the shopping opportunities in the Old Town. We regret to hear about the issue with the missing watermelon for your private order. We have addressed this with our kitchen and service team to ensure such an oversight does not happen again, as quality and consistency are very important to us. Your observation regarding the lack of seating areas and sun loungers around the pool is duly noted. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the older bathtub with shower.
