Also wo mir die Seife im Bad gefeht hat, war ich am Reception und die Dame sagte nur JA UND. Restouran, Bar, Personal, Strand war sehr sehr gut und die Leute waren super Freundlich.

Dear Sir. Thank you for your comments regarding our Hotel & services. Our Hotel Staff is rated as top from all clients. To be honest refering to Reception Staff and the reply you received, as I found out from my investigation,that was not the exact meaning. "Ja und" i have the feeling that somebody used in wrong way. If this was from our side, I must apologise on behalf of my Staff. Or you misunderstood the Staff's reply!
