laut its billa hotelinforation Bj2017 ! war 7.4.2018 dort das Hotel ist mindestens 15-20 jahre alt. es hat alles es nicht gestimmt was in der hotelbeschreibung stand. sogar ein bild von einen Piratenschiff das als Restaurant angegeben war das gab es gar nicht und die 4 Restaurants sowie die 8 bars gab es auch nicht . habe nach 3 tagen das Hotel gewechselt eine Frechheit und Betrug an kunden

Dear Mr. Karl, To start off, the resort was built and opened in 2010, therefore, it is only 8 years old and it was last renovated at the start of this year. It is built on a modern Nubian style, therefore the furniture and decor are meant to have an old look. We did not provide any of the tour operators with a ship restaurant picture because we do not have one. The only complaint you submitted during your stay is that you are not comfortable with having other nationalities than Germans in the resort. While at the same period, we had other German guests who enjoyed their stay very much and wrote on holidaycheck their experience to prove the quality of our service.
