ONATTI Beach Resort - Marsa Alam

Dear Mr. Rene, We were expecting your review. You stayed with us for one week, and in your voucher it was written that your check-out time is at 12pm. Normally, in all hotels around the world, after your check-out time, your all inclusive ends. You left the hotel at 8 pm, you drank from all bars and went for dinner, at the end of the day, you refused to pay and told us I do not have any money and I won't pay for anything. This 1 star review is simply unfair to our hotel. You abused the all inclusive concept.
