Schöne Anlage, gute Schorchelmöglichkeiten, Essen und Getränke sehr schlecht. Dauerhafte Lärmbeschallung durch Bauarbeiten am Strand. Gibt definitv bessere Hotels für diesen Preis.
Die Zimmer sind gut, Sauberkeit ist dort auch gut. Die Bettwäsche müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden das Innenleben besteht nur noch aus Knubbeln. Die Badezimmertüren sind eine komplette Fehlplanung (unten und oben fehlt ein Stück), wer möchte gern die Toilettengeräusche und Gerüche des anderen hören????
Das Essen war wirklich nicht gut. Jeden Tag das gleiche und das einzige was schmeckte war die Pizza. Diese gab es leider meist nur mit Käse weil das am schnellsten ging. Viel zu viele Leute für ein Restaurant man fühlt sich wie in der Mensa. Cocktails waren alle ungenießbar. Beide haben wir Magenprobleme bekommen.
Beim Essen bekam man eher selten Getränke an den Tisch gebracht. Sauberkeit der Anlage gut. Kofferträger hat unser Zimmer nicht verlassen ehe er Trinkgeld bekam.
Die Lage ist ok, nahe am Flughafen und ein paar Geschäfte in der Nähe. Der Strand ist super zum schnorcheln aber wir hatten durchgehend extremen Lärm durch Baustellen am Strand. Nach Beschwerde durften wir am Nachbarhotel am Strand liegen aber dort wurden wir immer wieder aufgefordert die Plätze zu wechseln und erstmal blöd angemacht wir hätten dort nichts verloren.

Guest feedback is important to the hotel as it allows us to further understand where we are performing to an excellent standard and areas we can look to further improve. All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
