Guest feedback is important to the hotel as it allows us to further understand where we are performing to an excellent standard and areas we can look to further improve. All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Kindly be informed that the fresh orange juice is not included in our All Inclusive program. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay.
