Die Hotelanlage ist riesig und sehr gepflegt. Sie bietet viel Sonnenplätze, Pools und Entertainment. Das Hausriff ist wundervoll groß und ziemlich tief. Man kann gut schnorcheln und tauchen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr Basic ausgestattet, nichts besonderes, die Duschtür konnte man nicht gut schließen, so war jedes Mal nach dem Duschen das Bad durchflutet.
Das Essen lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Allgemeine Restaurant ist überfüllt und das Essen super ölig und jeden Tag so gut wie das gleiche. Das einzig empfehlenswerte sind Falafel und Hummus zum Frühstück. Der Fisch war immer verbrannt oder nicht durchgebraten. Vom lokalen und im All-In inkludierten Alkohol mal ganz abgesehen, der ähnelte eher Benzin als einem Cocktail und war nicht trinkbar! Die Restaurants auf extra Kosten waren auch nicht berauschend. Das Lagoon Restaurant, was eigentlich italienisch sein sollte hatte genau die gleichen Sachen wie das normale Restaurant und somit keinen Mehrwert.

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig von Port Ghalib und ist sehr nah am Flughafen

Tennis und Minigolf war super, die Schläger sind etwas alt aber besser als bei anderen Anlagen, mit 3 Tennisplätzen hatte man auch ausreichend Zeit und nie „Buchungsprobleme“

Guest feedback is important to the hotel as it allows us to further understand where we are performing to an excellent standard and areas we can look to further improve. All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
