Das Hotel befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Aussenanlage (Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Der Speisesaal ("Kantine") ist unpersönlich, ständige Zugluft. Die Klimaanlage ist falsch eingestellt und lässt sich nicht optimal regeln (Auskunft der Rezeption). In dem Speisesaal kommt keine Atmosphäre auf. Die Speisen sind auf Grund der kalten Zugluft permanent zu kalt.
