Aus DeutschlandIch hatte dieses Hotel über Its vom 16.6-30.6.2014 gebucht... Wir kamen dort an und wurden unfreundlich begrüßt ... Wir mussten ewig auf unser Zimmer warten... Ganz schlimm fanden wir das in diesem Hotel 90% nur Russen waren... Dementsprechend sah auch der Speisesaal aus... Der Strand war zu klein und dreckig... Es waren Algen im meer( kenn ich vom roten Meer nicht)... Das einzig positive war die Größe des Zimmers ... Aber ich halte mich ja nicht 14tage im Zimmer auf... Wir haben eine Nacht dort verbracht am nächsten Tag haben wir umgebucht... Dieses Hotel ist für uns weder ein tophotel in der Region noch ein tophotel wie holidaycheck es beschreibt... Es war eine einzige Katastrophe ... Für uns definitiv kein 4sterne Hotel...

Thanks so much for your very Kindly evaluation for our Hotel .. But I want to answer to give all the Guests who will come to Prima life the true Picture . 1- The Hotel Give the German Guests Early Check in ( and Arm Band + free Meals) and Late Check out as Exception only For German Guests ( Its not written in our Documents but we did it and ITS Company know this ). 2- Its Not true that we have 90% Russian Guests in the Hotel , we have Guests from Germany , CZ, Holland , Slovak, Hungary . Poland and Egyptian . 3- Upon your arrival to the hotel , you asked us to leave the hotel cause you see some Russian Guests in the hotel , all of us were trying to keep you in the hotel and we offered you ( and Your Mother ) more facilities but you changed the hotel for unkowen reason !!!!! 4- All the Time we do our bests to keep the Standard of Prima life Hotel to get more guest Satisfactions , the Only Evidence of this is that we have every day from 60 till 90 Rooms as a Regular Guests from different Nationalities .Thanks .
