Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber ausgestattet. Jedoch fehlt dem Personal jegliche Freundlichkeit. Abends waren ständig die Aussenloungemöbel abgedeckt, die wir auch nicht entfernen durften. " it is not alouded"...so die Aussage des Mitarbeiters. Aber wo sollen die Gäste bitte alle sitzen? Die Bar ist gleichzeitig auch die Lobby wo alle anreisenden Gäste einchecken. Total ungemütlich dort dann abends zu verweilen auf einer Couch die beim Sitzen fast auf dem Boden liegt. Der Service war auch mega schlecht. Mit ganz viel Glück haben wir mal etwas bestellen können, meistens sind die Kellner aber eher lieber an einem vorbeigelaufen. Ich habe die Griechen sonst wesentlich gastfreundlicher erlebt in anderen Hotels. Es waren auch ständig irgendwelche banalen Getränke nicht verfügbar, zb. Bailey " we don't have today"... und das in einem 5* Hotel wo ich viel Geld bezahlt habe? Die Cocktails waren auch nicht wirklich lecker. Also für mich hat dieses Hotel keine 5* verdient.Schade!. Wir kommen nicht wieder. Wir waren eine 9er Gruppe.

Dear Elke, We appreciate the time you devoted to write your feedback. We are glad to know that our cleaning methods met your expectations and you were satisfied with your room. However, it is certainly disappointing to note your dissatisfaction regarding the issues you mentioned. Although we do not necessarily agree with all points raised, we would still like to offer our apology for any inconvenience caused. We are very sorry that you faced difficulties to find a sitting, but please let us mention that the outside sofas were covered for three evenings. During these three days, it was raining and in order for them to not to get wet , we covered them. Unfortunately we cannot always predict the weather and certain immediate actions have to be taken at times in order to ensure the exceptional service that we are known for to our guests. With regards to our staff members, we were truly surprised to read that you were not satisfied with their service since we are taking pride of our friendly and helpful staff members as this can be proven from numerous positive reviews. As for our drinks, we are sorry you did not find them to your liking, but we will definitely share your comments with our F&B Manager as we always try to improve our products. All in all, we strongly believed that we could have been able to make your stay better, if you had shared your concerns with us while still in resort.
