Dear Mr Oliver, Thank you for taking time to share your opinion about our hotel, service and breakfast and we are really happy to know that you enjoyd your room. We totally understand that our continental breakfast, which is served on the table as it is not a buffet and consists of fresh brewed coffee, teas and orange juice, two kinds of bread, homemade marmelade, honey, fresh fruits, greek yogurt, cereals, nuts, two kind of cold cuts and local cheese, eggs prepared in three different styles (boiled, fried, scrambled), might not be to your taste. We thoroughly explain (in English) to all our guests what our breakfast consists of. After we realized that you were not going to participate in our breakfast anymore, you were kindly offered (in English), more than once, by our personel the minimum we could do for you (since you have already paid for the continental breakfast) i.e. a coffee or a juice or at least a loaf of bread which you could enjoy in your room. These offers were (not very kindly) rejected (in German) by you so that is the reason we are not taking into acount your comments about our service. Once again, thank you for visiting us this summer and if you are considering visitng us again you could always book a room with no breakfast included; that way you could choose anything from our breakfast menu which, besides Continental breakfast, offers six different types of bowls with yogurt, fruits, nuts, six different types of omelets and scrambled eggs, four different types of toastes, five types of salads and a great variety of coffees and drinks.
