Aus DeutschlandDas Personal des Pullman Dubai Downtown-Hotels ist sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Man wird nie alleine gelassen und bekommt immer Hilfe. Es gibt immer Ansprechpartner und alle Angestellten helfen sofort und unkompliziert. Wir waren das erste Mal in Dubai und sind hoch erfreut über die Gastfreundschaft und die Herzlichkeit, mit der man überall aufgenommen wird. Vielen Dank an den Zimmer-Service, an das Park-Personal, an das Pool-Personal, an die Taxi-Fahrer, an alle Portiers, an das Gastronomie-Personal, an den Empfangsbereich, an die Hotelführung usw.!!!
