Wie waren im November 2022 für 2 Wochen Alin in diesem Hotel, gebucht bei DERTOUR. Ich kann nur sagen, ich habe noch kein schlechteres Hotel gebucht. Essen schlecht, Service Mangelhaft, 2 Wochen Baulärm vom Nachbargrundstück. Auf unsere Beschwerde nach unserer Rückkehr wird bis auf eine automatische Empfangsbestätigung nicht Reagiert. Ich werde einen Anwalt einschalten. Jedes Hotel in der Türkei hat besseres für die hälfte des Geldes zu bieten. Radisson und DERTUR nieeee wieder.
