Das schlimmste Radisson Hotel ever!

Beim Check-in sehr unfreundliche Dame, Ich sollte nochmal bezahlen, trotz bezahltem Hotelvoucher.Dann der Hammer Im Zimmer angekommen der Schock, das Zimmer war benutzt dreckig. Als ich dann wieder zum Check-in bin wieder die selbe unfreundliche Dame keine Entschuldigung!!!

    Dear Heiko, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to leave a review. I would personally like to express my sincere apology for the dissatisfaction you experienced during your stay. Regarding the incident at check-in, I want to clarify that it wasn't about requiring you to pay again, as I attempted to explain. When a reservation is prepaid, like yours was, we do require a physical card for incidentals, which you provided in the form of a one-krona deposit. I also mentioned that this deposit would be returned to you upon check-out. I apologize if there was any confusion or frustration regarding this process. As for the condition of your room, I extend my sincerest apologies. It's completely unacceptable for any guest to arrive at a used and dirty room. I want to assure you that this does not reflect the standard of cleanliness we strive for. I understand that despite my attempts to apologize it is still a unfortunate incident.
