“My stay at the hotel was wonderful, and the room was always clean thanks to the housekeeping staff member named Mamdouh Fouad. He was extremely helpful, friendly, respectful, and polite. He arranged the beds very well and kept the room spotless. I would really like to see him rewarded, and he will be the reason for my return to this hotel in the future.”
