Der Aufgang sowie das gesamte Apartment riechen nach Schimmel. Bei Nachfrage wurde uns erklärt, es habe zwar einen Wasserschaden gegeben, es könne aber kein Schimmel da sein, den habe sie weg gewischt. Schimmel lässt sich nicht einfach weg wischen, daher sehr enttäuscht vom Service. Die Lage ist mit Blick aufs Meer ganz schön, allerdings direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und mit einem übel riechenden Abfluss auf dem Balkon. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung für den Preis.

Dear Madam, We are sorry that our residence did not agree with you, despite the fact that we responded immediately to your request as soon as you arrived there. We found together that the apartment was suitable for you, but that there had been an old infiltration of water at the ceiling of one of the rooms, and that there was no odor of mold associated with this infiltration. We did not smell a bad odor in this apartment in your presence, nor after elsewhere. Having not seen you after your arrival, we concluded that the apartment suited you. You left without going through our reception and making the apartment dirty. We are amazed at this negative comment, but we are taking the necessary steps to ensure that this does not happen again.
