Richmond Hotel Narita

Problem with shuttle bus and ordering a taxi, very wierd night staff. Because we arrived at 10pm we found out the the shutle bus to the airport which worked on first come first served basis, is already full and we cannot go by a free shuttle bus to Narita next day morning. Ordering a taxi was also a problem (they said there were no taxi available, however when we walked to the second intersection near the hotel, we saw many taxis lined up and waiting). Beside that the hotel itself was great, big rooms, nice bath, etc.
